Mari Padilla is the creator of BAWS (Boss Ass Women of Sacramento), owner of Xilia Consulting, and co-host of We Are Sacramento Podcast.
Padilla has been an entrepreneur for over eight years, she previously co-owned a business with her family, and after leaving, Padilla created BAWS, a women empowerment organization. They devote time to giving back to the community and providing a platform and space for community members. Padilla stated that if you resonate with BAWS and even if you are a man supporting a BAWS, you are welcomed!
Padilla also decided to start Xilia Consulting; because of being asked by so many for support, Padilla wanted to provide a space where she can help individuals start their businesses.
