Miles Jolly is the owner of Jolly Co., co-owner of Tomato Alley Collective, and co-host of We Are Sacramento podcast.
Jolly started his life career in biology, working in a lab for seven years. Deciding to change careers, Jolly began his barbecue sauce and seasoning company because of his family gatherings and grew a collection of recipes. Jolly plans for Jolly. Co is expanding his wholesale and obtaining a commercial kitchen. You can find Jolly. Co in multiple locations in the Sacramento region and at farmer's markets, look for the bottles with a “pirate map” theme! That inspiration came from his love for pirates and his last name, “Jolly Roger is the traditional English name for the flags flown to identify a pirate ship about to attack.”
Motto: “Why not? Doesn’t hurt to try.” Everyday is different, Jolly stated that he is fortunate to be alive and appreciates life everyday, so why not?
